Weekly rate low season May 1 - October 31: US$ 1600,-
Weekly rate high season November 1 - April 30: US$ 1900,-

-For parties of 3-4 guests, there will be a cumulative rental surcharge of $200 per week.
-For parties of 5-7 guests, there will be a cumulative rental surcharge of $250 per week.

During your stay the use of water and electricity is included for the amount of US$ 200,- per week.
Final cleaning costs are US$ 125,- and the security deposit is US$ 400,-.
